Q.What are credits and why not use currency?

We sell images for members all around the world and as there is no global currency we use a credit system to handle transactions. You purchase credits via Paypal in you local currency and your credit account balance with us is credited. Images bought and sold on the site are transacted in these credits.

Q.How do credits work?

Credits are purchased in advance using Paypal and then added to your account. Your credits are then charged when you download a file depending on it's size and resolution.

Q.How safe is your purchasing system?

The i3mphotostock financial system is handled by PayPal, the secure payments division of EBay. Your payment is handled by PayPal secure servers and your financial information is not available to us.

Q.Can we deal on an account basis?

Yes, we have full facilities for credit accounts at our discretion and subject to status.

Q.Are you registered for VAT?

Yes, we are a VAT registered company here in the United Kingdom. This means we can provide UK customers with a VAT invoice for all purchases. Global customers are not subject to UK VAT and are not charged.

Q.How can i use i3mphotostock stock files?

You may use your licensed images in most creative applications including brochures, web sites and presentations. Please check our license agreement for specific information.

Q.Is there a limit to how long my credits are valid?

Your credits are valid for as long as you are a member.
